Payment security

Card details are entered on the WayForPay page, not on our site — WebTerra AI never sees or stores them. There are no automatic charges: a plan is prepaid for the chosen term and renewed only when you decide to.

Paying with crypto

In your dashboard, switch the payment method to “Crypto” — a NOWPayments invoice in US dollars opens. Choose a coin and network: the crypto amount is locked at the rate when the invoice is created, and the network fee is paid by the sender. Credits are added automatically after network confirmation. If you send less than the invoice amount, no credits are added — contact support in that case. An unpaid invoice expires after about 24 hours.

Refunds

If the service isn't right for you, unused credits can be refunded: contact support from the email your account is registered with. Crypto payments are refunded manually in USDT to the wallet you specify, minus the network fee. Terms and conditions are in the refund policy.

How to pay for AI models

OpenAI, Google, Midjourney and other services sell separate subscriptions — each with its own bill, its own card and its own limits. WebTerra AI works differently: we pay for API access to the models on our side, and you top up one balance the usual way — with a Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card payments go through WayForPay, prices are in US dollars. You can also pay with cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH and more) via NOWPayments. Learn more about how the service works.

How credits work

Credits are the in-app currency. One balance covers every model: generate an image, spend credits on a video, add a voice-over — it all comes from one account. The credit cost of each generation is shown next to the model, so you know the price before you run it.

Plan credits arrive every 30 days and never expire — not at the end of the month and not after the plan ends. Credits bought separately have no expiry either. There is no auto-renewal: a plan is paid for 1, 6 or 12 months up front and does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to forget to cancel.

Plans

Every model in the catalog is available on any paid plan; the starter credits work in budget models. Plans differ in credits and discount: Starter gives 390 credits a month with 5% cheaper generations. Pro includes 1,990 credits a month with a 10% discount — enough for a steady stream of images and regular video. Ultra gives 5,190 credits a month with a 15% discount, a commercial license and a personal manager. Starter is cheaper when you pay for 6 or 12 months at once.
